Our resurfacing not only provides a decorative aspect to any outside surface, it also means little disruption to the owner of the property. To begin with the surface is prepared prior to application to ensure a reliable long term solution. Once preparation has been completed the application can take place. A little over eight hours after application the surface is cured enough to walk on. After twenty four hours, the surface is ready for vehicle use.
Our range of natural stone aggregates offer a UV stable, non slip resin bound surface that is not only crack resistant but can be specially blended to suit your colour requirements.

This system has been on the market for years. Through that time a large range of finishes have been developed and are available, from base coats to wearing coarses. Tarmac is made up of broken stone and tar, mixed and shaped during the process of laying it out on an area such as a driveway. During that process, it is evenly brushed then pressed down heavily by a roller or a similar machine.
Tarmac is a popular paving material as it is flexible, relatively inexpensive and requires very few techniques. Although tarmac sounds very utilitarian and quite uninteresting, laid well with some design thought it can be a good choice of surfacing material.

Resin Bound Surfacing uses the latest technology. It consists of UV stable resins bound together with a range of natural stones and aggregates. There is no need to remove your existing surface as the materials can bind to any hard surface.
Resin Bound Surfacing can be used to overlay Tarmac, Concrete and a range of other surfaces subject to a site survey. Resin Bound Surfacing can be used to brighten dull, tired or worn surfaces offering a new lease of life for years to come. As long as there is a solid base to work from, this surface can be used on any material.
Absolutely, the other alternatives for worn out driveways and surfaces are tarmac or paving.
Resin Bonded - This is predominantly used on motorway and road re surfacing where cold resin is applied to the surface and then loose aggregate is applied.
Resin Bound - This is a longer lasting, smoother surface where the stone is contained within the resin. This providers a better, cleaner surface without materials being abrasive. A resin bound surface is also completely permeable. So is compliant with the SuDS initiative.
